Episode 381 – A Reference Edge

Hey folks! In today's episode we'll continue along with dimensioning the teak panels for the glass cabinet. We'll start where we left off in the last episode, and I'll demonstrate a few different planes for edge jointing as well as utilizing the shooting board. Episode 377 – to the teeth

Hey folks! We're finally making some sawdust as we bite into the teak and start breaking out the cutlist. So far so good...the crosscutting is actually more difficult than the ripping due to the grain structure of the wood, but it's nothing we can't handle. The photo above shows the three frames for the glass doors, the solid door, and the top, side and bottom panels, all kept oversized and all in sequence. Good stuff. Enjoy~     . . .
