   Great news! I'm almost finished building my new traditional workbench, so I'll be ready to build all those hand tool projects!

   I received the book this week and have already gone through most of it as well as watched the DVD. I am new to hand tools and have found the book and DVD to be very informative and inspirational. I also enjoy your blog. Thank you for your hard work and inspiration.

   Hi Tom,

   Received your ( my ) book yesterday. Wonderful!
   Wonderful in means of presentation ( hard back ), photography and pleasurable reading about wood, tools, feelings and projects to follow. Well done.

   In the acknowledgments on page 3 you write “.. draw some knowledge and inspiration..”.
   Already on page 15 ( the picture of your Cape Breton Island workshop ) you have gotten me walk over to my workshop, start move around things and start measuring the dimensions for a floor to loft window.

   Only 142 pages more to go… where will they bring me…
