It was an early start to the day and that's just how I like it.
Not long after 5am, the ravens, the crows and the songbirds begin their morning symphony. It's a song for the sun, and I'm usually up joining them in my morning routine... get the coffee made, post the morning episode and then out in the woodshop just before six.
Sunrise over the hill behind the shop actually breaks around 6am so if my timing is perfect, I'll enjoy the first morning light as it spills across the workbench.
